I go to few games a season outside of London with an old school mate and our eldest boys (both 18) go for a few pints slightly out of town and never get any grief from the locals,in fact I'd say the opposite.
Most local fella's appreciate we've taken the effort to make the journey to follow our team and are more likely to buy us a pint than want a bundle.its how it should be.
I wouldn't stand back and let a decent few fella's who are minding their own business get started on by a few gobby pricks that follow us.
There are grounds however that are best avoided.
Going back to the OP Houghton was a terrific centre back for the yids on he's day.
Seems s decent skin,I wish him well.

Personally thought Chris Hughton was pretty rubbish for us but he was about 47 when he played.
Has done well as a manager though. Terribly treated by Newcastle and has done a great job to turn Brighton into an automatic promotion team.
Usually the case that if there is a team that pushes the top two they cant handle the playoffs
Are we the last team to finish 3rd and get promoted via the Championship playoffs?
Could be any of those teams that do it on the day.
Would be massive for Huddersfield though.

It's over alright.
To be fair I fancy Huddersfield for the playoff. Another reason to win tomorrow, we can't be in a lower league than Brighton, Bournemouth, Burnley and Huddersfield!

Huddersfield have two games in hand so it's not quite over yet.
Looks like the playoff four will be Huddersfield,Reading,Leeds and Sheffield Wed or Fulham. Hard to pick a winner from that lot.
